Telltale returns with a collaboration beside Deck Nine Games

Telltale has gone through some very murky times in its history, but that hasn’t stopped its ability to create and adapt stories from living on. And while we’re still waiting for The Wolf Among Us 2, the studio is still hard at work on all sorts of projects. So now it has announced The Expanse: A Telltale Series, an experience that takes inspiration from the famous science fiction series to enter the episodic format so characteristic of the developer.

We’ve been able to see this in the form of a trailer in which the drama and space aspects seen in The Expanse series, which has already premiered its latest season on Amazon Prime, are revealed. After all, the trailer hints that the game will follow suit. The release date and the platforms on which this adventure will be released remain to be seen, but it leaves no doubt that the studio is back in action in full force.

This was one of the surprises of The Game Awards 2021, as we didn’t get to see Telltale Games at Geoff Keighley’s previous gala.
