Raf Grassetti confirmed that Odin was the most challenging of all the characters in God of War: Ragnarok.
Raf Grassetti, art director at Santa Monica Studios and one of the lead developers on God of War: Ragnarok, admitted in response to a fan question that the most challenging character to design was Odin. According to a report from Gamingbolt, Grasetti answered a question bluntly without further explanation in a story posted on the Instagram social media site.
Apparently, a Reddit user took a screenshot of the information shared, as Instagram stories are deleted after 24 hours and do not appear in their highlights.
There are no official images of Odin at the moment beyond a mural and a bit of him and his ravens in the latest God of War.
Given that we are in the time of Ragnarok, Odin’s presence in the upcoming God of War game is not that surprising. Other characters include Thor, Tyr, Freya, Mimir, Sindri, Brok, Angrboda and Durlyn. It’s worth noting that this game is being presented as the final part, bringing the Northern Age to a close.
God of War: Ragnarok will be released on November 9th for PS4 and PS5, an ideal date for the studio to avoid a crisis. Moreover, a store has reportedly revealed what graphical modes the title will feature. As well as a physical map of the Jötnar release, it also hints at what realms we’ll be visiting.
