Is PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Launching On PlayStation 4 This Year?

After the South Korean rating in September, there’s another sign that the Xbox One console-exclusive battle royale game might be showing up on Sony console, too.

A PSN Profiles user wrote about how two images are now on PlayStation’s servers. One would be the game’s icon, and the other one would be the dashboard photo.

On ResetEra, Daniel Ahmad, Niko Partners’ analyst with information usually not available to the public, claims that PlayerUnknown’s PlayStation 4 port will be out in December, and he also suggests that during The Game Awards, which will be held on December 6, the game will be referenced to as „out now,” „Although maybe they’ll announce its actual existence earlier,” he said.

So it seems the battle royale game, which is known as PUBG by many people, might be hitting Sony’s console in just a few weeks. However, we have yet to see how successful it could be against Fortnite…
