Call of Duty: Vanguard Finally Presents its Best-Kept Secret, the Zombies, With a Trailer and Details [VIDEO]

Ahead of the premiere of Call of Duty Vanguard, on November 5, Activision today made the reveal of its zombie mode, which is carried out by Treyarch and promises to continue the Dark Aether argument as well as offer a new repertoire of skills, community favourite modes, and “a sinister twist.”

To the tune of a remix of Bury a Friend by Billie Eilish, the trailer offers a look at the storyline, as well as the gameplay, of this format, which has gained a massive following since its introduction in Call of Duty World at War.

As we mentioned, the mode will continue the Dark Aether arc that we saw in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. Officer Wolfram Von List will lead the host of the undead on their mission to conquer the mortal realm while a group of survivors, carrying crystal swords and traditional weapons, try to prevent it.

A ghoulish version of Hotel Royal is among the scenarios featured, with glimpses of miniguns, portals, fire circles, Pack-a-Punch arsenal, crystals, relics, and more.

Call of Duty Vanguard will debut on November 5 on systems of the eighth and ninth generation.

What’s next for Call of Duty?

In parallel with the premiere of Call of Duty Vanguard, Activision and Raven Software are preparing the arrival of a new map to Call of Duty Warzone, located in the Pacific and, to put the cherry on the cake, a new anti-system was announced this week. -traps, called RICOCHET Anti-cheat.

Meanwhile, logic and rumours indicate that Infinity Ward is preparing the next instalment of the Call of Duty Modern Warfare reboot, which by the way, had no zombie mode at the time. Later, Call of Duty Vanguard is expected to become a trilogy.
