Ubisoft’s Project U Will Work on a New Concept Co-Operative Shooter; Closed Beta Registration is Started

European publisher Ubisoft is working on Project U, a cooperative shooter that aims to revolutionize the genre.

 

Although the official announcement of the game is yet to be made, the publisher recently launched a new portal for it, which confirms that a closed test will be held on PC in Western European countries in the future. Registration for this closed test is also open.

Currently, the closed test will be available for selected registrants on PC in the following countries:

France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Italy. (Unfortunately, not yet with us, although it is possible to bypass the system with a VPN.)

The game will be entirely in English.

The newly opened portal also confirmed the minimum and recommended PC specifications for the Project U closed test, which you can find below.

30 FPS Specifications:

  • OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel Core i5-4460, AMD Ryzen 3 1200
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 (8 GB VRAM) or AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 (8 GB VRAM)
  • RAM: 16 GB

60 FPS Specifications:

  • OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K, AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • GPU: VRAM) or AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 (8 GB VRAM)
  • RAM: 16 GB
