NieR: Automata's Demo Dated

PlatinumGames‘ game will be getting its demo shortly.

The Japanese release date for the game is December 22. For us, it’s a little later (March 7, a good two and a half months until it gets localized), but Sony and PlatinumGames dated the demo on the same day for both the North American and the European audiences on PlayStation 4. According to Square Enix, in the demo, YoRHa 2B’s goal is to find a massive enemy weapon and destroy it in an abandoned factory. That doesn’t sound too exciting, but mind you, it’s just a small segment of the game…

There will be a few games to spend your time with between two Christmas meals: on December 20, Street Fighter V gets Akuma, The Walking Dead returns with two episodes, and NieR: Automata‘s demo tops it off on December 22. Not too shabby for the end of the year.
